Ziggy — Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
The short version: Ziggy collects no personal data — nothing that identifies you.
What we collect
Ziggy has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind across apps or websites. The app does send us anonymous gameplay statistics — things like "level 7 was started", "level 7 was failed", or "the purchase screen was shown" — so we can find levels that are too hard and make the game better. These are tagged with a random ID the app invents for itself, which is not connected to your name, email, Apple ID, device, or anything else about you, and never can be. They go to a small server we run ourselves; no third-party analytics company is involved.
Where your game progress lives
Your levels, best times, stars, and streaks are stored in a small file on your own device only. Deleting the app deletes it. We cannot see it.
Purchases
The Whole World is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple's App Store using your Apple ID. We never see your payment details. Purchases can be restored on any of your devices through Apple's standard "Restore purchase" mechanism.
Motion data
Ziggy reads your device's tilt sensors to roll the ball — that reading is used live to move the ball and is never stored or transmitted.
Data retention and deletion
The anonymous statistics are kept only as long as they are useful for improving the game, then deleted. Because they are anonymous, we have no way of telling which entries came from your device — there is nothing identifying to look up, hand over, or target for deletion. If you have any question or concern about this data, email us and we will help.
Children
Because Ziggy collects no personal data at all, no personal data is collected from children either.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the update will be posted at this address with a new date above.
