Ziggy — Terms of Use

The short version: Ziggy is a game. Play it, enjoy it, don't abuse it.

The app

Ziggy is a tilt-maze game for iPhone, published by Ainur Corp. Downloading it gives you a personal, non-transferable license to play it on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.

Ownership

Ziggy — including its name, artwork, design, levels, and underlying software — belongs to Ainur Corp. Your license lets you play the game; it does not transfer any ownership, and it does not permit copying, modifying, redistributing, or creating derivative works from any part of it.

The Whole World (in-app purchase)

"The Whole World" is a single one-time purchase that permanently unlocks every maze pack and Streak mode. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple using your Apple ID, and you can restore it on any of your devices with the "Restore purchase" button. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

No accounts

Ziggy has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress lives only on your device, so deleting the app deletes your progress (your purchase is always recoverable through Apple).

Fair play

Don't attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or the small server that receives its anonymous gameplay statistics.

No warranty

Ziggy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

If these terms ever change, the update will be posted at this address with a new date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
